Perficient Deep Cleaning LLC was founded in Philadelphia and is run out of Northeast Philly, on Sheffield Avenue. We clean homes, apartments, offices, empty rentals and newly finished construction across the city and out along the Main Line into Delaware, Chester, Montgomery and Bucks counties.

The cleaning industry has a low barrier to entry and a very high failure rate, and the reason is almost always consistency. A first clean is easy to do well. The fourth, the tenth and the fortieth are where most companies quietly drift. We built this business around the unglamorous things that prevent that drift: a written checklist per service, one assigned crew per address, and a flat written quote instead of an hourly meter that rewards moving slowly.

We also try to be honest about what a job actually takes. A deep clean genuinely needs more hours than a standard visit, and quoting it otherwise just produces a disappointed client and a rushed crew. We would rather give you an accurate number up front and let you decide.

Most of our work is recurring, and most of our new clients arrive through referrals from existing ones. That shapes every decision we make — we are not optimising for one invoice, we are trying to earn a permanent slot on your calendar.
